Frog spawn appeared in my pond a few weeks ago and whilst working from home, thought it’d be good to share the pictures with Y1 as it fitted with their topic. However, a few people out of school saw them on Twitter and requested updates. So, rather than make my J2E file public, thought I’d pop everything onto a blog and practice what I tell Y5 and 6 to do!

nice pond it is amazing
Thank you.
I really like all of the ponds you’ve seen
The photos are all of my small pond in my garden Joseph. Though I have seen others! There are some impressive ones at North Cave wetlands if you ever get the chance to go.
did your frogspawn change yet?
Yes, I had lots of tadpoles for a few weeks, then some froglets and then they all made their way somewhere else. Just got one or two frogs left around the garden.
Frogspawn=EEEWWW!!!!!

I like frogs not enough to get one as a pet but I like them.
They’re not my pets, Cameron. They just live around my garden.

I haven’t a clue how many anmals I’ve touched in my life Scarlett, but I agree, frogs are quite cute.
frogs are amazing i like them so much
They are indeed John.
I wish I was in ur garden or I had that garden.
Those look really fascinating, how long have you had them?
I’ve had the pond for or 4 years, but it took a year for the frogs to lay spawn in it.
I love all the garden videos and how nice to see all the animals so happy and healthy .
